Eligibility Requirements

(Subject to a completed weatherization application)

  • All families who have received assistance any time during the last 12 months under the Supplemental Income (SSI), or Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), are automatically eligible for weatherization services.

  • Households that fall within the parameters of the family size to income ratio as established by the Department of Energy, and have not received weatherization services after September of 1994, are eligible for weatherization services.  The current 2018 poverty guidelines are as follows:
